The DAR Constitution Hall is a concert hall located near the White House in Washington, D.C. It was first built in 1929 by the Daughters of the American Revolution to house its annual conventions. It is still owned by the Daughters of the American Revolution but is now used for concerts, community events, corporate meetings, conferences and televised events. It is major cultural center of the city and was designated as a National Historic Landmark in 1985.
